This blogs goals!

Keep checking back to this blog as one day in the near future i am going to have a cure for Crohn's! As you know from reading About Me I have taken myself away from the medical profession and I am seeking out alternative routes to aid me in my successful journey to a life without Crohn's. This blog will give you a full account of my illness to date as well as the methods I have used and am currently using to take action to healing my relapses. I also intend to open the Candice Curtis Crohns Charity which i will be giving details of in the near future. My Crohns is currently at a bad state and has completely debilitated me. So I thought this was the most perfect time to start testing! I have so far just made my diet strict again. Basically at the moment I am just eating 5 fruit a day and the 5 veggies a day. Some days I mix a small stir fry with egg noddles and this seems to be OK. Also I have had some goats cheese with celery which also seemed to be OK. So whilst I am at this critical stage of just trying to get back onto A playing field of some sort I have come to the solution (again) that the main thing is I need to starve the problem of all the naughties i had starting allowing it to enjoy. I now just drink water with fresh lemon juice - from one of my trees! I put slices and squeeze the juice into the glass with all the bits as well. I find this helps as you get a little bit of lemon bits when you want and if your a bit hungry this helps to calm the 'starving, saturated' feeling. I have cut out all other foods and I am eating small amounts, chewing gum helps a little if your really starving but the trick is to not keep on chewing for too long! The main other thing I am doing is giving myself me time. I relax on my made bed and calmly picture my goals, seeing my self living in the images. Only focusing my thoughts on healing myself of Crohns and some other simple goals that I want to manifest now. I'll let you know how things go over the next few days and I'll also fill you in on the natural supplements I will be introducing to my diet over the next few weeks! Wish me luck!

Hi Candice,
Just stumbled on your blog by chance. Are you taking probiotics?
Essential to outnumber the bad bacteria with good one
Also, essential fatty acids are essential for adequate digestion.
No diary, no wheat, no refined sugars - they feed the bad bacteria.
Continue to enjoy life as it seems you do.
Will be glad to help you - I have a lot of experience in this field.
Please email me at pnathan1@san.rr.com if you wish.
